Osborne
Background
Diane paints many subjects, but her primary
focus is on artistic architectural designs producing pen and ink, watercolor or
oils of buildings, old home places, current homes, churches, libraries,
hospitals, work places, etc. Art by Diane is a home business
started in 1997.
She is a Signature Member
of the Georgia Watercolor Society and her work has been accepted by the National
Watercolor Society. She is a founding member and President of the Joseph
House Art Gallery and has taught art in the Columbus area for many years.
Diane was born and raised
in North Carolina. She married in 1961 and military life awarded her with
abundant travel and many experiences to draw from. She is active in the
community and has devoted time to numerous local, state and national
organizations. She is also a Master Gardener.
Her work is included in
the private collections of many homes and businesses and it hangs in many
government buildings in the U.S. and several foreign countries.
